ABOUT US

The Auxiliary White Elephant Thrift Shop has been serving the Winter Park, Florida, community for over 40 years. The thrift shop is run by the volunteers of the Winter Park Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. All proceeds benefit the Winter Park Memorial Hospital and are used to enhance patient care and service. We've donated over $2 million in programs, equipment, and projects that have benefited our hospital and our community.

We carry upscale and vintage men's and women's clothing, jewelry, and accessories. We also have a great selection of household items and knickknacks. Our new second location has a large selection of furniture, paintings, lamps, and decorations. In addition, we offer furniture consignment services and we feature items that have been donated from various estate sales throughout the area.

We have monthly sales and offer a 10% discount to hospital employees and volunteers.

Donate your quality goods to our store

We accept donations at both of our locations during normal business hours. Pick up can be arranged for a large quantity of donation items or furniture.

Meet Our Staff

The ladies and gentlemen of the Winter Park Memorial Hospital Auxiliary volunteer their time to help raise money for many worthwhile programs run at the hospital and its satellite facilities. The auxiliary raised funds to renovate the hospital's emergency department, and they support students pursuing healthcare-related careers through their scholarship program. With the help of these fine people, the hospital and the community as a whole benefit greatly.
